Standard Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates. Transit times can vary based on carrier capacity, weather, seasonal volume, and customs processing (for cross-border shipments).
  • Carrier substitution. In some cases we may ship with a different carrier than the one shown at checkout. We do this to keep delivery on time or improve timing while maintaining a comparable service level. We do not switch carriers to reduce service quality.
  • Promotions and free shipping. Free shipping may apply to certain products during limited promotions. Items added outside the promotion terms, oversized items, and freight shipments may still have shipping charges.

Heavy Freight (100+ lbs)

  • Why heavy freight ships by semi-truck. Orders over 100 lbs (or orders that total over 100 lbs) typically ship by freight on a semi-truck. This is the safest way to move heavy equipment and helps prevent damage in transit.
  • Commercial delivery is easiest. Freight trucks are designed for commercial locations with a loading dock or forklift. If you can ship to a commercial address, delivery is usually faster and simpler.
  • Residential delivery requires lift-gate service. If you ship heavy freight to a home, you will usually need “Residential with Lift-Gate” service. Without it, the carrier may only be able to deliver to the nearest freight terminal for customer pickup.
  • Curbside delivery. Freight delivery is curbside only. Drivers deliver to the curb or end of driveway where accessible. You are responsible for moving the shipment from the curb into your shop, garage, or home.
  • Avoid extra fees. If lift-gate service is required but not selected, the carrier may charge additional fees for re-delivery, lift-gate, or storage. Any carrier charges billed to us will be billed to you. To avoid this, choose “Residential with Lift-Gate” when shipping heavy freight to a home and ensure you have help and equipment ready to move the shipment from the curb.

Remote and International Shipping

  • Remote locations. We ship to remote locations when service is available. Rates are calculated based on the ship-to address entered at checkout.
  • International shipping. We can ship internationally by arrangement. Shipping costs and available services vary by destination.
  • Customs and import charges. For shipments delivered outside Canada, import duties, taxes, brokerage, and related fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Address Changes

  • Please double-check your address before submitting your order. Address changes after shipment can trigger carrier fees and delays.
  • Heavy freight re-consignment fee ($90). Changes to the delivery address after heavy freight items ship will incur a $90 carrier re-consignment fee. This fee is charged by the carrier to redirect a freight shipment once it is in transit.
  • Parts and small parcels. For parts and accessories shipped by courier or mail, an in-transit address change may not be possible. In that case, the package may need to be returned and re-shipped. New shipping charges will apply, and return shipping charges may also apply.
