The Spraying Systems WashJet® 25° MEG Nozzle is the premium upgrade for flat surface cleaners and general flushing. While generic nozzles suffer from spray pattern degradation (blurring edges), WashJet nozzles are engineered for Even-Edge distribution.
The 25° angle creates a wide, uniform "sheet" of water. This is the exact OEM replacement specification for Whirl-A-Way, General Pump Hammerhead, and Whisper Wash surface cleaners. The precision-machined orifice ensures a consistent overlap, helping to eliminate the "zebra striping" common with inferior tips.
WashJet MEG nozzles are constructed from premium Hardened 404 Series Stainless Steel. This alloy is engineered to withstand the dual threat of high-pressure erosion (crucial for surface cleaners) and chemical corrosion from softwash mixes (SH). This ensures your fan pattern remains tight and consistent long after standard nozzles have failed.
Selecting the wrong orifice size is the #1 cause of decreased performance.
Use the Smart Calculator below to find your exact match.

Note: When calculating for Surface Cleaners, we round DOWN to maintain rotation speed.
| Model | Spraying Systems WashJet® MEG |
| Thread Type | 1/4" NPT Male |
| Material | Hardened 404 Stainless Steel |
| Rated Pressure | 4,000 PSI |

Professional 25° Use Cases:
Because WashJet nozzles are available in the large Orifice Sizes required for J-Rods and nozzle holders, they serve dual purposes for Softwash and high pressure applications.
25° Tips are primarily used in pre-made J-Rod kits.
| Your Machine | Standard Rinse Tip (High Pressure) |
Standard Soap Tip (Low Pressure) |
|---|---|---|
| 2 - 3 GPM | Size # 10.0 | Size # 30.0 |
| 3.5 - 4.5 GPM | Size # 10.0 | Size # 40.0 |
| 5 - 6.5 GPM | Size # 15.0 | Size # 40.0 |
| 7 - 8.5 GPM | Size # 20.0 | Size # 60.0 |
Note: Installing a #30 - #60 nozzle on a standard machine will drop pressure drastically, automatically engaging your downstream chemical injector.
