The Spraying Systems VeeJet® 80° Nozzle is built for wide coverage in low-pressure applications. Compared to 50° and 65°, the 80° pattern spreads flow over a larger area, making it ideal when uniform wetting and coverage matter more than impact force.
This is the go-to angle for wide spray bars, rinsing, washdown, and coating/coverage scenarios where you want to minimize striping and reduce “hot spots” on the surface.
VeeJet nozzles feature a specially machined orifice that creates tapered edges to the spray pattern. This allows for uniform coverage when multiple nozzles are mounted on a spray bar or manifold, as the tapered edges overlap to prevent "striping."
This series is rated for a maximum of 500 PSI. It is NOT designed for high-pressure blasting.
| Model | Spraying Systems VeeJet® (H-U Series) |

Professional 80° Use Cases:
The "Vee" in VeeJet refers to the internal V-notch cut that forms the spray pattern. This shape allows for a higher volume of flow at lower pressures compared to the "cat-eye" shape of a high-pressure MEG nozzle.
